We can repair a blower shaft right on the unit, without having to completely remove the shaft. The polymer cures in 45 minutes, and can be filed to create a perfect load bearing surface that has the same tensile strength as steel. All you need is new bearings, and the unit is back up in no time! In most cases, this results in expenditure of only a few hours' labor and downtime, with a minor investment in materials!
